I've owned a Hasty-Bake Suburban for 22 years and a Gourmet for 3. I absolutely love them! The customer support is top notch.

Made in Tulsa, OK.

PM me if any detailed questions you need answered.

Pitmaker makes one that I was drooling over for years. Their big one, the Grill Meister goes for $5200 with the solid stainless steel option:

Here it is in all stainless:

Why stainless steal?
Couple reasons I love the look of stainless plus it holds up better being outside in the new York winters. Do you have others you would consider that are not stainless I am not opposed to looking

Yeah, I like my Weber Summit Charcoal Grill (WSCG) for a lot of the same reasons. First, while the outside is porcelain enameled covered carbon steal, so the look is black, the internals are all stainless steal for The durability you are looking for.

I am not sure if you are aware, but it is double lined with a stainless steal internal shell, air gap for insulation, then the carbon steal external shell. Both the food and the charcoal grate are stainless steal and so is the side table ( if you get the model with the side table).

If you haven’t already, you may want to take a look at it, I have really enjoyed mine over the last two years.

I was wondering why stainless as well. Are they as durable as a Lone Star Grill? We remodeled our kitchen and back patio last year. I looked into s stainless charcoal grill, but for me it HAD to be made in the USA, like Blaze or Hasty Bake. Napoleon grills are not, and as far as I know, the Weber Summit is not made here either. Please correct me if I’m wrong.

This is not political, I just feel that spending this much money, and especially with something so American as BBQ, it’s just gotta he made by the people who know best.

I buy American as often as I can, kitchen appliances to cars...and yes, BBQ equipment. I have a Lone Star fire pit and and a Weber Kettle, made in Palatine. (Used to live there.)

But again, I guess my biggest question is, are they as long lasting as “regular” grills?

Will aluminum work for you? The PK 360 will last many decades out in the weather.

Check out this manufacturer. I’ve seen about 5 of these in person and the build quality is really good. Lots of options and custom choices. Worth a look.
