View Full Version : Father's day reverse sear ribeye cook

On Saturday tried my first shot at popsickle chicken. I only trimmed 3 and said that was enough. Didn't care for all the time and effort.
Sunday did a 2-3" ribeye, bacon wrapped asparagus and baked potato. Bacon fell apart but that's ok. Potatoes a potato. REALLY enjoyed the ribeye. Reverse sear over cowboy lump. Really liking the coal. I need to go through to decide what pics are the best but I usually just past everything. Hope everyone enjoys looking. Thanks

I believe that steak will be on the menu this weekend after looking at yours. Very nicely done.
