While i'm mostly doing meat in my cast iron, sweet donkey ballz I've been missing out on a lot. This rack was amazing. Picked one up at Costco yesterday along with some caesar salad stuff.
Did a pan sear, chucked it in the oven and then some butter at the end to finish. The crust is so dang good :becky:
Nice borderline med-rare to rare for me. No fork needed with the handles :mrgreen:
