Rotisserie chicken noodle soup.

I did this hen on my new rotisserie last week. I saved the legs, wings, and cavity in the freezer and boiled them down Let them cool in a strainer and got to picking. Save that liquid, it's gold. Celery, carrots, egg noodles, salt. and pepper. Like grandma used to make minus the rotisserie and smoke. I think she'd be proud.

I bought the OneGrill HD universal rotisserie. It has a 37in long, 1/2in wide spit rod and a 13watt motor. Works great. If you're looking for a deal I would be inclined to let this go cheap. Used once and cost $82.99. I found a more suitable setup for my drum. Send me a private message if interested.
