Saw this container sitting near back of spice cabinet. Read the ingredients-everything in the bottle sounds like a grand bean spice. I was about to pull trigger on a GMG-DC Pellet and The Bride advised me she wants to ride a bike too-indoors-a Schwinn AirDyne. So may be eating beans quite a few times this month.
My Bride- Every day is like Christmas being married to me.

Eat beans a few times a month, she may regret the riding bikes indoors decision...

My new cooker
The cottered crank surprises me. I have a similar stationary bike and needed replacements, the local bike shops had never heard of such a thing. Had to get them on line. My 1970's road bike uses the same thing and I need to order two more.

Awe man, I have a $1500 elliptical in my living room barely used, would have let go cheap. The poblanos look delicious.

I’m calling it texmexitalianbbq.
Which got me to thinking. Stuffing a Poblano with spaghetti and meatballs and smoking would be good.
Or a hot pocket cooked inside a Fatty
Or an Allsups Hatch Green Chile burrito.

Executive Chef MSU smacked another one out of the ballpark. The level of creativity is really impressive on this one Chef. Thanks for sharing a really cool combo cook.
Another WINNER!!!!:thumb: I really like the Kickin Chicken for a lot of applications.
