Iíve been looking into getting a rotisserie for my Weber kettle. I thought I decided on the Cajun bandit one over the Weber one because I would like to use it on the kettle and the WSM and the Cajun bandit claims to fit both. Recently a friend of mine said the CB would not fit on my performer because it is not notched like the Weber one is. Do any of you guys have any experience with either the Weber rotisserie and or the CB brand? Overall which is the better rotisserie? Thanks.

IMO smoke on low temp then put into a showtime. Its the best rotisserie chicken ive ever had. It gets so crispy and juicy inside.

My Cajun bandit works on my performer, my weber 22 kettle and my UDS. At the time I think there was a version that works for the performer /kettle and u flip it to work for the weber Smokey mountain. That’s the one I got.

Tom that is a perfect lineup of cookers. Each one brings its own strength to the table.

Cajun Bandit rotisserie kit is the do do. Finely crafted, quality materials & superior fit.
I have 3 of them.

That is the one I was thinking about getting. Works on the kettle then if you flip it over it works on the Smokey Mountain. How is it on the performer? My buddy seems to think it needs cutouts to fit around the bolts for the lid holder. ?

Thanks. I was leaning that way until my buddy threw a monkey wrench in it saying I would have to modify it to fit my performer.

Thanks for the replies. I think I’ll stick to my original decision and go with the Cajun bandit.
