Nice! Did you cook them in the foil pan the whole time? Looks good!

No, I just put them in there after I took them off the smoker.

Look fine. Did you mop them a good bit with sauce? If so, when in the smoke?

Spritzed every hour with apple juice and apple cider vinegar, applied Blues Hog Tennessee red about 20 minutes before taking them off

I stopped wrapping ribs a couple years ago and they seem to turn out better for me. I also like the color better unwrapped.

About to throw mine on. I used Franks Buffalo Wing sauce as a binder with Sucklebusters SPG. When I ate at City Market in Luling I detected a hint of wing sauce or something on the ribs about thought I would try it.

First time not wrapping ribs and they turned out great.I do 3-2-1 Ribs all the time, but sometime just let em run and yesterday I let them do their thing and they turned out fantastic. About 5 hours and everybody in the house was happy. I just threw them together on a whim. Had no plans to do them. 50/50 Pecan and Cherry.

Wrapped ribs just fall apart for me. If I want pulled pork, I'll cook a butt.

Nice job, I also never wrap my ribs but spritz them with white vinagar/Apple juice every hour.

I wrap mine and the consistently turn out great. I may try some unwrapped just to see the difference.
