So one of the guys who first got me interested in smoking is having a party for his daughter for about 30 people. He is doing pulled pork and brisket on his GMG. I offered to help out and he asked me to make poppers. I said...how about meatballs too.

Day 1 Prep. Overnight in the fridge. His kid is leading a service at noon Sunday. I should be home by about 1:30 to fire up and cook for a pool party starting at 5:30.

80 ABT and 80 MOINK.

Looks amazing! Thatís a lot of wrapping time for that many of them. Hope you had some help. Either in the form of additional wrappers or some cold beer!

Both look great, any glaze on the meatballs? Did you stuff the jalapeno's with just cream cheese?

I bet they disappeared in a 1/10 of the time (or less) then it took to prep them.

My wife helped with the prep. I cored and cut all the japs. She did about half of the cream cheese and half of the bacon wrapping on both. Still took a decent time investment!

Both look great, any glaze on the meatballs? Did you stuff the jalapeno's with just cream cheese?

I dusted the moinks with Obie Cue Sweet and Heat, then dunked then in Blues Hog Championship with about 15 min left on the cook. Had a few people ask me about the sauce. If you guys havenít tried Blues Hog you are missing out.

I bet they disappeared in a 1/10 of the time (or less) then it took to prep them.

They were all gone by the end of the party. My buddyís brisket and pulled pork went pretty fast too. All in all it was a good night. Kids all swam, weather was perfect. Too bad itís back to work today!
