My son organized a large benefit for the Santa Fe shooting victims (very proud dad here) and i was asked to cook 10 of the 40 briskets. I have never done a cook close to this size. I loaded my large LSG IVC with 10 briskets this morning and the Flame Boss has her in recovery mode. Wish me luck.

I thought that's what you meant when you said "Hold my beer" Sideways briskets. :thumb:

On a serious note, very awesome.

About 4.5 hrs in and all is good so far, it's a learning experience. Temp didn't want to come up after all the meat went in, but a little tweaking of the intake seems to have taken care of that. I'll try to remember to get a couple pics along the way.

Thanks for the comments and support...
SmittyJonz thanks for fixing my pic.

I love it when you see examples of parents that raise their kids right! I knew it could still be done. Can't wait to see pics of the finished products. How long did it take to trim?

Here are pics of the finished product, 8 of 10. Still waiting for probe tender on the last two.
Over all cook went great with a few learning curves, pit performed awesome.
Hope the pics aren't jacked up again.

Thanks for the kind words and for looking.
