Anyone have advice on grilling Monk Fish aka poor mans lobster? I’ve sautéed in the past but want to try something different. Thanks in advance.

Back in my SCUBA days saw them while wreck diving off Delaware and North Carolina we called them “all mouths”.... fugly mothers. The tail is the only edible part.

Catfish are ugly too but they sure eet goood! :thumb:
