Yea it bothered me

putting spice on outside - it falls off in the cook

So with all the injection I have read about I said HUMMMM

Driving the spice into the meat in holes works! once refined I think this is the key!

Mind you I stuffed then cooked but I wonder what letting it sit for a day will do?
