Hot in the city. Winds kicking 30 temp 101. Decent golf early. I wanted Popeyes, Bride had other idea- leftovers. All the veggies in the fridge chopped and sautéed in evoo-purple onion and black garlic. 1/2 sweet potato with generous amount of Irish Butter. Added chopped brisket point and sliced elk pepperjack smoked sausage. A light drizzle of a combo Shack and Commercial Carolina sauce. Beer- beer count TBD.
