That's a healthy, juicy looking chop.
Pork chops are the hardest to cook - yours looks excellent!

Thanks brother! I pulled it at 140 IT and it turned out pretty juicy and tender.

I also used my Meater again and continue to be happy with the purchase, love it :thumb:

Thanks KW - yep Uncle Chris' is my go-to on chops and sometimes use it on steak. I think it's the imitation butter flakes :cool:

When I was single I probably cooked chops like that at least every other week.

When I was single I was probably more of a chicken breast guy (and pizza :cool:). Luckily my wife enjoys pork chops so we eat them about 2-3x per week :shock: - these would be the thinner ones so usually just direct grill but since I had this thick cut I ended up reverse searing.
