Had family over for the holiday. Brisket and short ribs were on the menu along with mac and cheese and collard greens. Also did some pulled pork sliders with some leftover pulled pork. The beef ribs stole the show. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20180529/8f49bf5586ba0dc01d098711dd670273.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20180529/c4df125c4b2895d11e02ffade4a5ad73.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20180529/dd1d53e004c3d0f35c6774ccadca9e65.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20180529/f1a85c47527063ef3dec9e8d6d8b499c.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20180529/f0970a39d3dede4b68a9e1ff84110503.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20180529/9070c72897cd56183c545fa76dc163fe.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20180529/3ec8f4d1e30c677eb5ac24ad838f83d4.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20180529/4c3db8a9ab8e759153d91472df2514a0.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20180529/ed4109c4826e9c3678c213d6111854ec.jpg

Thanks Tom. Have been using almond wood for the past year and really like it.
