My lovely wife, Shortfork, decided she wanted beef tenderloin for her Mother's Day meal. Off to Sam's for CAB choice tenderloin, plus salad veggies, and a rotisserie chicken for lunches...

Beef was rubbed with her new favorite rub:

Set up the Bandera for indirect grilling with B&B Texas Oak lump and a small mesquite split:

I pulled the water pan from the cook box, put two sweet potatoes and the chicken skin in on a rack while the beef was grilling, then swapped the two racks to crisp the skin and hold the meat until the kids arrived:

Served with sauteed mushrooms. Forgot to shoot the plated picture:doh:
