Well after a hiatus from real food of 3 years, I've finally gotten to a point where I can get back to smoke. Went on craigslist and 8 minutes prior, there was a post for a free Kamodo and gasser....and the guy was less than 20 minutes away! Needless to say, I got there in 10 and promptly loaded both along with a bag of lump into my truck. Maybe some time this weekend, I'll have time to crank up the heat in the Kamodo to get it cleaned out (he didn't take care of it AT ALL) and figure out what to do with the grates. They are rusted a pretty good bit. I was thinking of using Metal Rescue. Got other suggestions?
