A few cooks on the Performer in the last week.

Ugly Pizza Night, my lovely wife (God bless her), likes to put the pepperoni under the cheese
She left a piece off so I threw it on top.

I got little crazy with the flour on the Lodge cast iron pizza pan.

Pork Tender Loin, marinated for a couple of hours in Stubbs Citrus Chicken Marinade and seasoned lightly with BPS Little Louie's Garlic Salt. Cooked at 300 with some Pecan and reversed seared when the IT hit 135.

I already posted this Rib Roast cook I did on Sunday (http://www.bbq-brethren.com/forum/showthread.php?t=258909), I think it turned out quite well.

Looks good! Did you put the pizza directly on the rack or on a stone?

Never mind overlooked where it said you used cast iron

Never mind overlooked where it said you used cast ironI like the Lodge but it has a lip on it, so I ordered a 1/4" Pizza Steel baking sheet but haven't used it yet.

The Lodge, I use it as a griddle too.

Kevin I grease my ci up with a little oil, No sticking problem so farThanks Tom I always put a light coat of Canola or Peanut oil on it after it's been cleaned up but seems to burn off before I launch the pie. Maybe I'll give it another coat just before launching the pie, going to use a Pizza Steel for the next cook but it needs to be seasoned just like CI.
