Happy Saturday, folks!

Mother Nature's been drinkin' again - it was in the 80s earlier this week, and the thermometer read in the 30s when I fired up the smoker at 0845 this morning.

Broke out some John Henry's Mojave Garlic Pepper and a chuckie.

I think that Roosevelt took down their online menu, but the boss managed to grab a screenshot beforehand.

Here are a few pizza ideas for you folks to consider... and the ingredients for tonight's Philly Cheesesteak Pie.

Well, I made the dough... then my (brand new) iPhone completely crapped the bed... I mean DEAD.

It's on life support, and I've almost got it back up and running again... so, no more photos for the moment.

Nice work Marc, that was one beautiful chucky before and after the cook and that pie looks amazing.

Oh, HELL YES.

HUGE hit of cheesy, a little smokey meaty, mushroom, garlic, onion all over a good crust... - Decided to skip the American Cheese this time, and just melt shredded Provolone over the top in the trip to the oven.

This is divine. (I blame the BossLady... as I can't toot my own horn).

As an added treat -

BossLady asked to make a dessert pie of granny smith apple, Danish Blue Cheese, and a drizzle of local honey.
