After a hard day of yard work, kicked back for the easiest of cooks. Fired up the 18.5" WSM with some RO lump and cherry chunks. Hung some birds on the Gateway hanging rack and kicked back with a frosty Blue Moon or 12! Man, that cherry sure gives a nice color to that fowl!
