Hadn't smoked any chicken in a long time so headed to our Krogers this morning and picked up some leg quarters to throw on the Shirley. Fired her up and let her settle into temp them on went the quarters. Cooked on average at 300*. Took 1 hour and 5 minutes to get to to 175* enternal temp. Rub with Plowboys Yardbird. This batch of rub seemed to have a little more salt than usual so next time will have to cut back on the rub some.

Haha.. I noticed the same thing before I read your post.

@west Don't worry bud.. My cooks always have food that disappear out of no where. No clue where they go. :heh:
