View Full Version : Another Corned Butt "Pastrami" and 2 Green Sauces

Going over to a friend's place later for a gathering and people are brining food and because it is "everyone pretend they're irish day" they want green food :becky:. Well the pork won't be green, but I will be making 2 sauces that will be. Kind of a chimichurri influenced and then a green Alabama white sauce.

Looking forward to this I have a corned brisket- looks like a point in the fridge seasoned with thirdeyes recipe Almost ready to go on the Egg Plan to use it for sammies

Ha Thanks. Not sure if either sauce will really "compliment" the pastrami pork, but they both taste good so should still be fine :-D
