Eagerly anticipating the WVU v Murray State game later today. Due to TV Guide operator error on my part I thought the game started at noon. What better way to prepare for the early tip off than a breakfast feast?
Nothing fancy, just continuing to enjoy seasoning the cast iron skillet. Bacon first, taters and onions next, then the eggs. Added some sharp cheddar and a few pepperoncinis and called it a fitting plate for the celebration.
Finished the feast, cleaned up, and discovered the game doesn’t start until 4. Only thing to do now is figure out a late lunch feast. Could be worse.....
