Headed to the Hope Lodge tonight to serve dinner to the patients there. We are doing a Mexican night. Since there is a 2 Meat throw down going on I thought I would make 2 meat fajitas.

I tried a new marinade that I found in the ethic food aisle at the grocery store.


Did a Chuckie on the UDS


Then threw some chicken breasts on


The final product topped with peppers, onions, salsa and guac...


The marinade was a winner! It had a slight citrus flavor with lots of garlic.

Thanks! Yes both meats went for a swim in the marinade. I couldn’t marinate them too long because the acid in the juice started to cook the meat
