So I started this at 3PM Saturday and found out I was too late for dinner...
So we had it Sunday
This takes 8hrs to be right
I used a home ground chuck roast and made a double batch to freeze half...

and I made a double batch so I get 4 dinners out of it for 2 adults and 2 teens!

My wife would like more sauce to pasta

Bolognese is not marinara though. Its not supposed to be real saucy. The liquid cooks away leaving the deep flavors.
