Looking for inspiration for meal prep ideas and using free time on the weekend to grill a whole mess of stuff for dinners and lunches.

Any one have a process or rotation they do? I figured while I'm doing Sunday dinner I could maximize my grill space of stuff later in the week.

Had the smoker fired up last weekend and threw a chicken on just to eat during the work week.

I think I'll do something similar, BLSL breasts to chop and use in wraps. That's much cheaper than lunch meat. I figure I can throw 2-3 proteins on there and various veggies.

Yep - chicken of some sort.
I do quarters, thighs and whole birds.
Sauce, rub what ever.

And then finely shred up a whole cabbage.

Boxes of chicken and cabbage with a vinaigrette.

Dirt cheap, super tasty and pretty healthy.

There is always room for a naked fatty or two.

I make scotch eggs for my breakfasts, usually some sort of sausage/brat and then whatever else was on sale at the store. Chicken is always cheap, so that's pretty common. I like to do some brussel sprouts too, with bacon and garlic.
