Happy Phriday, Pholks! If I can get the energy to do start before anyone else wakes up, I've got a pork butt in the fridge to cook for lunch tomorrow.

Doing pulled beef, using a beef cut similar to pork shoulder. Don't have time to tend the offset tomorrow so will use the Traeger. I'll also do a naked fatty tomorrow.

Planning to do a porchetta on Sunday on the offset.

But I will be heating up a spiral-cut hickory ham in the oven tomorrow. Does that count? :grin:I am down the coast from you and it is kicking here! 50-60 mph winds and driving rain right now!! Off shore winds right now. Be some major flooding tomorrow. Hopefully clear by Sunday for a good slow Boston butt!

Stay safe and happy smoking!

I may try to squeeze something in on Sunday as well, but it'll be tough to justify with 8lbs of ham to split between 2 adults. :-D
