You basically paw out the center of a loaf of any bread and then fill it with
a spinach/ artichoke dip. This is old hat, but by using a loaf of Baguette,
Italian, or French bread, you can serve it by slicing it, and each piece is like
it's own thing ... gonna try it....the pic is killer...

This one uses a long thin loaf and you heat it, and slice it to serve, not dip it.
The innards would be more stout, held together by cheese. (egg? why not)
I think it will be fun.

I am going to use a small, firm baguette, if I can find one again.
I believe any large soft bread would wilt under the 'stuffing'.
If I only had a large soft loaf,
I would open it with a knife, cube the bread, and put it in the oven on a sheetpan and toast it. I would pre-toast any soft bread, fill, then BAKE.
I would look for a slender, firm baguette.
