This was really, really good.
Son and wife have proclaimed it as best yet.

Recipe:

2 lbs ground beef
1 lb ground pork
1 onion, chopped
1 cup of grated Fontina cheese (some coarse cut chunks add a nice texture)
1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
1/4 cup heavy cream
2 tsp Peppery Lime

Mix ingredients above to incorporate, but don’t over mix. ..I fold gently by hand.

Top with a liberal covering of Q-Salt.

Toss in smoker for 2.5 hours at 225F, reverse sear

Slice and serve.

Note: My wife and son are both on keto type diets, so I left off the sauce..however this is incredible glazed with a good bbq sauce

God Bless, that looks fantastic!

Any leftovers? Curious as to the meatloaf sammich options that typically abound with the subject.
