i think you are referring to butcher paper. if so, i use the 24". the 18" was not wide enough for even a 10 pound brisket and i got tired of using twice as much paper.

24" for me as well. I found a 30" roll but it was $100 or so. I don't need that much...

Just checked my order history. It was a 36”x900’ of white butcher paper for $30 from amazon.

You got a thickness on that? Mine is almost like craft paper and brown.

first I should say I lied... I read it too quick it was 36" by 900 sq ft! I knew something sounded wrong. So that's 3'x300' so sorry about that. Second no thickness I don't know. It's from Oren International so it's a reputable brand and think like craft paper. I didn't get pink or brown I got white but I did a lot of research and as long as it's not waxed it's all pretty much the same thing.

24” 40# pink - get it from Amazon. 150’ roll for $20. I often use the SmittyJonz “smoke paper” as well.

^^^^^^^ Me too! No paper or foil, at least till it comes off the smoker. . . .

I only wrap in smoke when I do just the point. Flats are finicky little bitches and get too crusty and dry without some BP.

I use the 24” pink paper off amazon. I think it was like $32 for a 150’ roll. It’s lasted me a while.

I bought whatever the roll is with the shortest width (18"?) and wish I had gone wider. It's tricky to wrap at that size.

You get 24"x700' here for $40-$50 once you add shipping.
