had boots on the ground at 4:00 am started prepping
cooking 6 butts, 14 slabs of st louis ribs, 1 brisket
I'll send more pics when cooker fully loaded

Yes I did have to use the vertical/warming box for 3 of the butts
7 ribs in rib racks the rest are flat once I get a little bark started
