I Take Comfort With My Meat 🥩

To me there are 3 comfort foods. Chili-Hamburgers and Steaks. I grill year round. Meat topped with meat, smoked then grilled meat.
“I love to smoke but prefer the taste of grilled”. To me, comfort food is not sweet, soupy cheesy casserole or bread. Ok cowgirls round bread with cheese onion butter cooked in the drum may be the exception.
But, meat topped with meat makes me smile.
