I have a 9 pound brisket flat going on the Assassin this morning, I'm cold smoking a batch of cheese tomorrow, and Sunday will be wing day.

I've got a small rack of baby backs in the fridge, and I am thinking of doing a lamb shoulder as well.

The weather is horrible so I'll be cooking inside, thinking chicken schnitzel and kartoffelpuffer because my son made a request...I try to please him every once and awhile.

I'm in Madison at a friends place and all she has is a smokey joe. Think I'll grill some beef tenderloin on it and everything else inside for the rest of the weekend.

Happy PHRIDAY Dr Phu and all the rest of you crazy smoke heads!...Lots of rain coming and getting ready to go to Big Easy for a couple of days so cooking will be light ....plus Big family cook next week of course......whatever I burn I’ll have a smile on this ole face.....Be safe!!

I haven't cooked much of anything since deer camp/Thanksgiving week.
Might try grilling some lamb chops this weekend.

Planning for my biggest cook yet! (but not until Monday night):tsk:

Grand total of 24 pounds of meat for 6 guys!
Pre-deployment party of sorts at work. It'll be the last time our shop is all in the same place for roughly 8 months.

Planning on Pulled pork, poke ribs, beeph ribs, flank steaks.
Should be enough. :shock:
