Is this a point? Was in the brisket case at Samís and at that price I picked it up. Planning to turbo smoke like a whole packer at 300 to 165 then wrap with either parchment paper or foil. Need tips. Roughly 6 hours cook time?

Pretty sure it's a flat. Smoke it as normal. The smaller flats can have a smaller window to be done. 300 it might only take 3-4hrs if it is only 4lbs.

Looks like a flat to me. Id cook as normal.
