View Full Version : I Love My Peoria Custom Cooker

It's 19 degrees out and I've got five briskets and five pork shoulders on. The smoker is chugging along at 225 without difficulty. The two inches of insulation sandwiched between 1/4 inch steel along with the internal firebox is maintaining temperature like it's 90 degrees out.

It's the biggest reason I chose that smoker over less expensive options despite its minor drawbacks.

Looked up these cookers just now, looks beastly and cool design. Sounds like you have quite a feast going. Nice! :hungry:

Meat monster is killer but the price point is what had me spooked. No question that it’s top notch

No doubt, I'd love to meet you and have you try it out. Maybe we could do a cook and see who can drink and tell more lies.

I'm open in Mt. Sterling in the IGA parking lot Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 11-6 so come on over. I'll be open from 11-4 tomorrow as well.
