I know I haven't been around long but holy cow (pig?) are you guys bringin the ideas on cooks and really showcasing the versatility of big outdoor cookers. Everything from top notch bacon, prime rib, steaks, turkey and even farking deserts!!!!

It's not the cooker, it's the cook. Lots of fantastic cooks done on small cookers.

no doubt great food can be done on small cookers, I've been turning out some good stuff for years on a WSM.

Ditto. Still no plans on "upgrading" from my 18.5". Now, modifications are another story :clap:
