Straight back and hip roof. You can't add it later later like you could a paper towel holder or something like that.

I got mine Thanksgiving week. Got the burners w/30" griddle and I have used that more than the smoker. Smashed cheese burgers tonight when I get home.

Mine has SS shelf w/ backsplash, hip roof, fold down shelf w/ paper towel holder, straight back design.
Extra shelf in main chamber would be handy if you will use the extra space.

Congrats ,you'll enjoy it.

Overall impressions of a Shirley cooker? You must be new around these parts. :pound: they are one of the best, if not the best, cookers that money can buy. The family that builds them are really great people.

Was lucky enough to cook on pj's at the Texas Fall Bash, amazing how those Shirley's cook and hold steady temps with people opening the doors constantly. I will own one soon as I heal up and get back to work.

Everything about it is heavy duty, I like that when I'm cooking outside. Totally necessary, probably not for me but I tend to go big and bulletproof when buying toys.

Cooked ribs and the temps were not difficult to adjust but I suggest staying close to the pit until you get the hang of it, I walked away a couple of times after making an adjustment and temps went further than I intended.

I got exactly what I anticipated, that does not happen often these days.

Best money I have spent in years. If it wasn't for their cabinet doors I wouldn't have a stick burner. I just picked mine up 3 weeks ago and just love it. I got a 24 x42 patio straight back elevated cabinet with third shelf in main, warmer with third shelf and charcoal grate and stainless front shelf plus a custom cover that I am waiting on. Look in the Shirley photo thread and you will see it.

Yours looks awesome. Would it be possible to talk to you on the phone? Just have a couple of questions.
