Called up and told the young lady i was ready to spend some money. And she was happy to help me spend it.

Ordered the Large smoker with the cart addition, 8" wheels, an extra rail set, deflector plate, aaaannnddd I think that's it.

Gonna be interesting rolling around the cabinet weighing about 900 pounds.

Hubba hubba, here we go!!!

you are not really living up to your screen name. buying an LSG is no bonehead move.

Actually, it was my dogs decision. I forgot to feed her and she said, ďThatís it! Now you owe me a new smoker.Ē So, I had to comply. (The jokes on her though. Since she has no opposable thumbs she wonít be able to open the doors. So I will get to use it for her! :-D )

I usually buy everything I can from Amazon. If I canít buy it from them, I try really hard not to need it. I HATE going out shopping. With Prime, I usually have my order in a day or two. It just hit me how long six weeks will be before the smoker gets here.:shocked:

I'd never taken a look at their stuff, so I hit their website after seeing your post. Very nice! Looks like you are getting something first-rate. Since I live within an hour of LSG (well, maybe on non traffic weekend drive), I could see getting an offset from them whenever that time comes for me.

The six week wait will give you ample time to think about adding more options to it. I waited over 4 months for my offset but I think I called LSG three times after the initial order to make changes.

Congratulations! I understand on the wait time. 6 weeks can’t go fast enough. :-D

Take 99 from Katy over to I45 and you can get to Lone Star Grills in an hour easy.

Just received notice that my IVC is now in the works. WOOHOO!!! They mention 10-14 days from this point until finish. Have you other owners found this time frame is about right? I imagine it takes a bit to crate it. How long does shipping usually take?

By buying during the sale I’ve saved $647 in shipping. However, I think I’d like to pay the extra for the lift gate delivery. Is it too late to ask for that? They are closed now so I can’t call them. Have to call tomorrow I guess to ask.

Hubba hubba, very exciting!

I would say an hour is about right if you use the Hwy 99 Toll to I45. :-D
