Found a full rack of spares at the store on sale for 1.99/lb. decided to trim them up to SLC’s and do a rib cook on Sunday while working around the house.

I decided these were going to be “lazy ribs”. No slather, no wrap, no sauce. Just cut rub and spritz. I’ve been using a no wrap cook method and I like the results. Way less work and much less mess.

Ran them at 250 for about 5.5 hrs. Spritz’d with ACV/apple juice mix a couple times. I was going do a parkay bead halfway through but got busy and forgot.

Really happy with the results. Lazy ribs might be my new favorite. On to the pics

I came to the same conclusion after 2 years of only making competition ribs, I did some "super lazy ribs" and forgot how much better they taste to me. By the way, got any leftovers?

If they come out that good I wouldn't bother with adding a thing. My best ribs are done this way minus the spritz.
