Making room in the freezer. One turkey, one plate of beef short ribs and one pork butt. May have goofed up trying to cook the turkey at the same time but Iím sure my new puppy wonít mind chewing on some skin. The skin is looking mighty dark and itís only at 145.

I really need a bigger cooker.

You can wrap it in foil to help keep it from getting any darker.

Unwrap towards the end of the cook to tighten it back up if that matters to you.

Yeah, I figured I wouldn’t need too cause I’m trying to run 325 and it would finish before it got to dark. I’m not real concerned about the skin honestly. I’m cooking for my table not a judge. Live and learn I guess. Thanks for the tip.

Breakfast is over and now I need to wash my face, lol. That was literally the messiest dry rib Iíve ever eaten. It poured juice like a fresh watermelon. Man I love beef ribs.

Don't give your pup too much skin. It can cause pancreatitis in dogs

Man, that looks good. Make it a quadfecta: add a beer.
