Well the Texans lost, but these wings were a winner!
I used Dirty Rice to stuff the deboned wings, and yes it is kind of a PITA deboning wings, but oh so worth it!:thumb:

Nice.

I love stuffed wings and have to agree the the deboning process is a PITA.

Dirty rice, and wings. All that is missing is the beer. I have never deboned a wing before, will have to look into that. I bet it is a tedious job. Good work.

Use a paring knife, makes it easier to cut the meat away from the bones:thumb:

not to take attention from your wings, but I just noticed it looks like you cooked those on a char broil srg. I picked one up on black friday, and just, assembled it yesterday. What are your thoughts on it? Does it do anything really well, or bad?

I love mine, it crisps up wings, and anything rapped in Bacon without the flareups, and don't get me started on how amazing Chicken/Turkey comes out on it. I have done side by side taste test with the Big Easy and traditional frying and people could not tell the difference! :thumb:

Ya deboning is a little cumbersome, but worth it for stuffed wings. I've done it just a few times now and man are they good. They looked awesome!

Mate that looks great - silly question, but what was the stuffing and can you flick the receipe across ?

Ya reckon it would on Maryland cuts to make a meal ????

Ace job
