Did some bacon wrapped cheese stuffed pickles, chicken thighs, butt and a rack of ribs. Didn't get finished pics. I been doing sauced ribs for awhile now and I'm not a big sauce person, finally went back to no sauce.

Looks good. Not a fan of pickles but my kids love pickles. Dry ribs are awesome.

Great looking results !!!

Never seen the bacon wrapped pickles before. Interested to see finished pics of those. I could see where they'd taste great.

Every time I make them they go so quick. I use different cheese to mix in with the cream cheese.

I had a friend try some, he don't even like pickles and liked these.

I started the butt on the pellet cooker and later on once I put the ribs on the Humphrey's I put the butt on it also. Did the pickles and chicken on the pellet cooker.

Great looking results !!!

I'll look for an old cook and post pic if I find them.
