With so many Turkey threads going, I’d thought I’d start a “Not Turkey” thread.

I’ll start.

Last nights dinner was a couple of pork tenderloins on the fire pit.
One was seasoned with Gingery Orange, the other with Garlicky Lemon.

These turned out better than most that I cook.

Gotta nice ny strip and potato for dinner! Seasoned with Q Salt of course! By the way Q Salt makes a pretty good all around seasoning. Used it on mac n cheese and mashed potatoes last night. Was great!

Yea, we have found ourselves using it on everything from eggs to roasted cauliflower. We have a market customer that swears it is best on popcorn.

John,

I have to be honest with you, I was skeptical of a dry brine, simply because I have never had good results with them. Also when I applied the Harvest Brine, I could smell some of the spices and wasn't sure how that would carry.

I wasn't able to get any pictures of the finished product because things were done sooner than anticipated.

The end result..... You have a Winner!!! A fantastic bird, totally moist, totally tender, very flavorful, with nice crispy skin.

My hat is off to you brother, such a great product, and I look forward to using it in the classroom next week with the students. I will complete my review with pictures at that time.

If anyone is on the fence to try this, I suggest you jump and give it a try!

Also if you are thinking about trying it, Black Friday through Cyber Monday is 17% off using "BF2017" as a discount code. https://www.naturiffic.com/gss
