Hi all, I am considering Christmas gifts of Pulled pork, Brisket and Fatties. Any advice on prep and storage? Should I freeze some? Thanks in advance!

If you have a vacsealer that's what I would recommend. Vac seal, freeze and then give them instructions to rewarm by placing in a pot of warm water.

Great idea! I have one that I haven't used in forever! Everyone loves my BBQ and I thought it would be a cheaper alternative to the traditional Christmas presents! Thank you!
