Nice work, beans on the IP? If so how do they compare?

Yes-IP. I did triple rinse and soak overnight. This batch of Anasazi-no rocks but quite a bit of dirt. IP ran 20 minutes. Reduced itself while we walked 2.5 mi. Really good. Anasazi aren’t quite as, well they’ll get to tender if you’re not careful. These were perfect. One of the best pintos in my opinion is Verde Valle pintos. The pintos are somewhat small and hold up really well.
