I have been working on my rib game and have not been very consistent, probably because I have been trying too many different things and not building on successes and usually different cookers. Went with baby backs this time.

Mac'n'cheese looks really good, too.
One of these days I'm gonna run a multi slab cook with some different rib rubs....one of them will be Plowboy's Yardbird....the other Cimarron Docs.......and I'll do a homebrew for the third.

The grates on that Bayou Classic look really solid and substantial.

my pit like to run 275+ I think they were on about 2.5 hrs
