Small prime brisket from Costco, put on the M1 with oak at around 730am. Wrapped after about 6hrs when the bark was to my liking then another 2 in foil. Rested in the cooler until dinner at my in-laws :thumb:

Pretty warm in the PNW lately so tending the M1 had me sweating but it ran steady ~250-275 with a small split every hour or so. Love it :clap2:

Bro in law made some ribs on his traeger and sister in law made a delicious watermelon and spinach salad as well as a shaved asparagus and persimmon salad to cut the fatty meats :hungry:

Excellent Labor Day meal with the fam :thumb:

Thanks Robbie. First time I've used the M1 in a bit due to busy schedule, almost forgot how much I like it :becky:

Thank you Titch. My sister in law is a salad savant - more power to her for doing all that chopping :icon_shy

Thanks Kev. I was happy with the result as I hadn't done a full packer in awhile. Yep I'll snap a few pics of the M1 in action next time, thanks for asking :thumb:
