Is $10 a bag a good price that was what they had it for at walmart? It was 13 at home depot. I was trying to find out if i should go grab the last 10 bags they had or if i should wait for a better price. It did have the USA stamp on the bags.

I just saw $12.49 at HD, so I'd say, yeah, $10 is as good as it gets.
