A personal favorite, served with Pecan Encrusted Fried Green Tomatoes and Gouda Grits, sorry to say I wasn't the chef.

You could have fooled me. That looks like chicken fried steak.LOL Chicken Fried Stake, haven't had that in well, I can't actually remember. I'll bet those grits look like mash taters too but I didn't notice any pepper in that gravy er Beurre Blanc sauce, a proper gravy would surely have pepper?

Just funning with ya. :razz:

I should have cut into the Grouper so you could see a white flakey perfectly cooked piece of fish.

I'm a big fan of Grouper, Snapper, Mahi-Mahi, Amberjack, Snook and Flounder in no particular order, I'll take anyone of those pieces of Fish over any other piece of protein you can cook, but a nice grilled Ribeye comes close.
