Going to do a 30pcs smoked brisket for school event. What is the quickest way to chop up brisket?

Wait wait. What? You're going to cook 30 whole briskets and don't know how to slice them?

I applaud your DGAF attitude in tackling 30 of the most difficult to cook pieces of BBQ good sir.

Small Wood Chipper..?

What a silly answer.

With that much brisket he should use a medium to large chipper.

Food processor? If the brisket is tender, I don't see why not. Been thinking about giving it a go.

+1 on the two meat cleavers. Chopped is chopped. pulled is not the same thing.

Normally I slice my brisket. But the school wants me make chopped sandwich. Last time I did 40 but rental a meat slicer took me over 3hrs. By myself.

Hopefully this event is still on. Down here in houston we are riding in boats to get around. I want to thank the Cajun navy for coming out to help us.
