Seasoned a couple of chuck eye steaks with Steak & Brisket seasoning to cook indirect around the Vortex.

Twice baked potatoes were topped with cheese and bacon bits towards to end of the cook and topped with sour cream when plated.

Delicious! Chuck eye steak can be fantastic, though hard to find around here.

love chuck eye steak, at the commissary hear you have to ask the butcher for them, after 1pm, and they may give some. 2 weeks ago I go in about 13:30, see a new butcher working and ask him for some, he comes out with 4 packs of 4, $3 a pound, man I felt great.

You can have your ribeyes, t-bones , porterhouse, blah, blah, blah... Chuck eyes ROCK!!!! But they're seldom seen around here...

And yours are no exception!!!
